By the assistance of the Armenia Development Fund three local tourism companies are taking part in the "WTM 2016" international tourism exhibition in a joint pavilion in London on November 7-9.
The World Travel Market is the world's second largest tourism exhibition where the Armenian pavilion presents the visitors Armenia's opportunities of ecotourism and adventure tourism, as well as the pilgrimage tourism destination to the first Christian country.

The Armenian tourism companies departed for London to meet their partners, establish new ties, sign possible contracts.
By participating in international tourism exhibitions we ensure the presentation of Armenia and the Armenian tourism result, as well as raising awareness on Armenia in the world market. The London exhibition will enable to present the attractive tourism destinations to Armenia and Artsakh not only to the European, but also tourism companies, agencies and visitors of more than 180 countries of the world Executive Director of the Fund Karen Mkrtichyan said.

The exhibition is being held for the 37th time. In recent years more than 5.000 companies and other 50.000 participants from 180 countries are taking part in the exhibition.
Last month by participating in "IFTM Top Resa-2016" annual international exhibition in Paris, the Armenian Development Fund reached an agreement to host 160 travel agents in Armenia in June, 2017. They will arrive in Armenia by their own expenses to get acquainted with Armenia’s tourism opportunities and include Armenia in their information materials.
